When Lydia and I were discussing where she and her fiancé, Michael, wanted to do their engagement session, downtown Frederick, MD, was an obvious choice.  We love our hometown, and its charm and history are perfect backdrops for romantic photo shoots.  Then, when she mentioned specifically that the historic Weinberg Center for the Arts was special to her, because her father was part of the crew that worked on a recent restoration of the old theatre, there was no other choice!

Special thanks to John Healey, the executive director of the Weinberg, and the rest of the staff for showing us such hospitality.  It was truly a privilege to photograph in this beautiful and beloved space!
